Seasonal Rituals is a series of five cooking + wellness booklets. These zines are filled with practices informed by Chinese medicine and lush illustrations, hand-folded and printed in full color on thick uncoated paper.
Each zine includes recipes, seasonal wisdom, tips for daily living and a shopping list.
The hand-held 4.25 x 5.5” booklet expands into an 11x17 poster, designed to hang on a kitchen wall or refrigerator door.
